Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within The United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
